Data Security and Storage
- All data submitted through our website is securely uploaded, transmitted, and stored using industry-standard security measures.
- Once Indonesian Immigration issues the applicant’s official e-visa, tourist levy voucher, and All Indonesia Digital Arrival Card, and copies have been emailed to the applicant, all sensitive data including passport details and passport images are securely destroyed.
- Only copies of the official e-visa, tourist levy voucher, and All Indonesia Digital Arrival Card are retained securely within our CRM system. These records are stored solely to assist applicants if they lose or cannot locate their documents.
- We also retain the applicant’s name, email address, phone number, and transaction receipt for compliance and accounting purposes.
Marketing Communications
We may use retained contact details for future marketing campaigns related to our services. Customers may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Once an application has been completed and payment has been successfully processed, no refunds are available.
- A refund may only be issued in circumstances where Bali Easy Visa, trading as Bali Easy Visa, is directly responsible for an error occurring within our operations that prevents the successful processing of the application.
- No refunds will be issued for errors caused by incorrect information provided by the applicant, changes in travel plans, or decisions made by Indonesian authorities.
Terms & Conditions
Processing Time
- Our standard processing time for the Indonesian e-visa, tourist levy voucher, and All Indonesia Digital Arrival Card is typically 24 hours or less.
- In the event of Indonesian government system maintenance, outages, or other unforeseen circumstances, processing times may extend up to 48 hours.
- The All Indonesia Digital Arrival Card cannot be processed more than 48 hours prior to the applicant’s arrival in Indonesia.
- If an application is submitted more than 48 hours before arrival, the application will be diarised and completed once the eligible processing time frame is reached.
E-visa and Tourist Levy Timing
- Indonesian e-visas and tourist levy vouchers can only be processed within 90 days prior to arrival in Indonesia.
- If an application is submitted more than 90 days prior to arrival, the application will be diarised and processed once the permitted processing window opens.
Limitation of Liability
Bali Easy Visa acts as a facilitator and is not responsible for decisions made by Indonesian Immigration or government authorities.
Updates to Privacy Policy
